Please contact us to schedule an introductory meeting. At this meeting we will introduce ourselves and let you know why working with us will be one of the best choices you make.

At our first meeting we will determine if the client already has plans developed, and if so, we can give them a conceptual estimate based on square footage of the house. If the conceptual estimate is determined to be reasonable by our client, then we will provide a detailed estimate to allow the client to compare with other proposals if they so choose.

If the client has yet to design a house with an architect, we can provide this service to them at a fair marketable cost. A structural engineer will approve these plans if required. The plans will also include exterior/interior elevations, cross-sections, and details that are required to provide building information relevant to the successful construction and completion of the luxury home.

When the client accepts our proposal and down payment is received, then pre-construction activities can start. These include but are not limited to: building site selection, soil testing, obtaining permits/variances and preparing site for construction to begin.

Our project manager, lead carpenter and trades workers will collaborate on a schedule that will ensure a timely completion. The client will also receive a schedule that will provide deadlines regarding design element decisions in order to keep the project on-schedule.

During construction, the project manager will inform the client about progress routinely to allow for two-way channels of communication.
