We will always meet with the client and adjust plans and material selections accordingly. Once everything is chosen, now it’s my job to draft a contract for the project. This will outline all the work that will be taking place as well as Total Contract Price. There will be no surprises for either the homeowner or the contractor once project starts. Everything will be in the contract. A progress payment schedule is typical for an average sized remodeling project.
